Successful team leaders take the time to know their team members.  They develop each person on a consistent basis by challenging them, giving them responsibilities and by making them accountable.

Leaders achieve success by clearly defining the objectives and expectations. They communicate in a way that lets the team members know what they need to do and what resources they need.  Leaders are able to see the big picture.  

Since 1992, the team at IB Communication Skills has helped to develop leaders in various organizations such as: AT&T, The Quaker Oats Company, The Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Tech University,  Saralee Foods  and others. 

Improved communication skills  lead to improved performance and contributes to the company’s bottom line. We are committed to delivering the highest quality, experientially based training that teaches the participants the skills they need to succeed in the workplace. 

IB Communication Skills offers practical, hands-on training that is based on real life workplace situations.  Our objective is to provide training that motivates and inspires the participants to perform their newly acquired skills with greater confidence and competence.
